the staff is very kind. The room is big enough but a little bit dark. Ten minute walk from the seafront and from the city center.
the structure is old and needs a renovation. good only for a short period.

The hotel was clean and the staff were amazingly nice and accommodating. the standard room had a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Coffee and tea making facilities, as well as refrigerators, were available. the hotel's central location made it convenient to visit the smaller villages along the Riviera.

Easy access to coastal rail links. Manager tried his best to compensate for a substandard hotel environment.
Breakfast room, staff and choice of food - inadequate and poor. Getting the key into the door from an un lit passage ( a safety hazzard itself ) at night - an impossibility. No way this is a Three Star Hotel ! Room had to be changed as shower was unserviceable.

Excellent service - very "English friendly" Secure parking (at extra cost) multiple wi-fi access points decent sized TVs quiet efficient air-con Fridge in room (not a mini-bar) Must say it again - excellent service!
no overhead shower There is no provision to make hot drinks in the room (but I understand this is the norm in France)
